For UK orders, your package will be posted on a Monday or Wednesday, following from the date your order was placed, with an approximate delivery completed within 3-5 working days. Where this is not possible, we will contact you.

No refunds or returns once purchase has been made as well as after delivery, as Kosmic Cacao is a food product.

If a package is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’, then the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility. A link will be supplied for payment.

Please note that it is your responsibility to pay taxes or customs that may be incurred once the items arrive at your country of destination.
