Shipping

The Limited Edition “Heart Alchemy” gift box are currently on pre-orders and EU deliveries will be made before 25.12.23. If your order is outside of the EU please contact us.

Delivery is via Evri or Royal Mail 1st Class “Signed For” or other, unless EU / International Orders or orders above 1-2KG require a different or special courier such as DHL, DPD, Parcel Force or another appropriate courier of Kosmic Cacao’s choice.

For Royal Mail postage in the UK or where applicable (as explained above), your package will be posted on the Monday or Wednesday, following from the date your order was placed, with an approximate delivery completed within 2-3 working days. Where this is not possible, we will contact you.

International parcels under and up to 1KG that can be sent with Royal Mail International tracking or another courier service, depending on location delivery can take up to 30 days. To check what international countries we deliver to, please look at the list of available countries at check-out. Please contact us at hello@kosmiccacao.com to discuss shipping costs or if your country is not listed.

 Parcels above 2KG are sent via another courier service, and can take 3-4 days to schedule for collection and, depending on location and customs, can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping fees.

 It is your responsibility to pay taxes or customs that may be incurred once the items arrive at your country of destination. It is also your responsibility to make sure correct delivery address is provided and that you are there to sign for it. We do not take responsibility for any delivery delays due to postal service, courier or due to incorrect address or because no one was there to sign for it.

Returns

If a package is returned to us as ‘return to sender/undelivered’, then the postage cost to reship will be your responsibility. Settling the payment will be communicated to the customer.

We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of orders including but not limited to force majeure events. These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kosmic Cacao is a food product, there will be no refunds or returns once purchase has been made as well as after delivery, unless of Health & Safety issues.
